Please be advised of the rescheduling and refund policy as described below. We ask for several weeks of advance notice so we can actively fill your seat with another student. We prefer to reschedule you to another lab if possible.

Why do we apply fees for rescheduling or refunds?
Limited class sizes, coupled with expenses for cadaver preparation, facility rental, ultrasound/C-arm equipment, transportation, instructor compensation, live models, credit card fees, etc., constrain our capacity to provide free transfers and refunds.

Reschedule Fees
Listed below are the fees applied for rescheduling your original lab date:

• A fee of $250 will be charged to transfer to a different course date if rescheduled more than 6 weeks before the original course date.
• A fee of $400 will be charged to transfer to a different course date if rescheduled 2-6 weeks before the original course date.
• A fee of $750 will be charged to transfer to a different course date if rescheduled less than 2 weeks before the course date.
  • We will try to fill your seat before the course begins. If successful, the $750 fee will be reduced to $400.

Refund Fees
Listed below are the fees applied for canceling your lab and refunding your payment:

• 8 weeks or more before lab: 80% refund.
• 6-7 weeks before lab: 50% refund.
• Less than 6 weeks before lab: No refunds are permitted. Explore transferring to another lab following the reschedule fees section above.

• 4-5 weeks before the lab: Students can transfer to a future lab for a fee of $400; No refunds.
• Less than 4 weeks before the lab: No refunds, no transfers.
